9bed Terms & Conditions

By accessing the 9bed platform — whether via a web browser, mobile device, or any other means — and by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any service provided by 9bed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all products and services offered on the 9bed platform, including but not limited to cricket betting, sports betting, live casino games, slot games, keno, and all promotional or bonus-related activities. They apply regardless of the device or method used to access the platform.

If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease all use of the 9bed platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure. Your continued use of 9bed following notification of any amendment to these terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised version.

9bed reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, subject to the provisions outlined in Section 12 (Amendments) of this document. It is the Player's responsibility to review these terms regularly to ensure continued compliance.

To register and maintain an active account on 9bed, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You must be 21 years of age or older. 9bed strictly prohibits access by individuals below this age threshold. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time and must be provided promptly upon request.
• You must be a resident of or located in Bangladesh at the time of placing bets or accessing the platform's services.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether applied through 9bed's own responsible gaming tools or through any applicable external scheme.
• You must register using accurate and truthful personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using a shared account. Each account must belong to and be operated solely by the registered individual.

9bed reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without being required to provide a reason for such refusal. The platform may also request additional documentation at any time to verify the identity, age, or source of funds of any player.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 9bed. If a player is found to have registered multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances contained therein may be forfeited, subject to review.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials at all times. This includes the account username, password, OTP codes, and any other authentication information associated with the account. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

9bed strongly recommends that players use a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform or service. Players are also advised to enable all available security features, including OTP-based two-factor authentication where offered.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 9bed immediately by contacting [email protected]. 9bed will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.

9bed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where:

• The account is found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The player fails to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicious activity, fraud, or potential money laundering is detected on the account.
• The player requests account closure through the responsible gaming self-exclusion process.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Any funds remaining in the account at the time of closure that are not subject to a pending investigation or wagering requirement will be refunded to the player's verified payment method.

All financial transactions on 9bed are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 9bed does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals, subject to availability and applicable processing times:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

Deposits: Deposits are typically credited to the player's 9bed account within 60 seconds of a successful mobile financial service transaction. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing schedule of the relevant institution. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 9bed does not charge any fees on deposits; however, players are advised to check with their payment provider regarding any applicable transaction fees on their end.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within a standard business processing window. Players may only withdraw funds to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the account, or to a bank account that has been verified as belonging to the registered player. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals may be subject to a standard processing period of up to 48 hours, though most mobile financial service withdrawals are completed significantly faster.

Identity Verification: Before any withdrawal is processed, 9bed reserves the right to require full KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, including submission of a valid national identity document and proof of ownership of the designated payment method. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.

Prohibited Financial Conduct: Players must not use the 9bed platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds, or any other financial conduct that is prohibited under applicable Bangladeshi law. Any account found to be engaged in such conduct will be immediately suspended and reported to the relevant authorities.

All bets placed on 9bed are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game. General betting rules that apply across all products on the platform are outlined below:

• Bet Confirmation: A bet is not confirmed until the player receives a bet reference number and the bet appears in the account's bet history. Bets that have not been confirmed are not valid and will not be settled.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface and may be adjusted by 9bed at any time without prior notice.
• Void Bets: 9bed reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in odds or bet terms has occurred, where the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared, or where there is evidence that the integrity of the relevant event has been compromised.
• Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to a brief acceptance delay to guard against latency exploitation. 9bed does not guarantee that in-play markets will remain open for the entirety of any event.
• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding the settlement of a bet, the player must contact [email protected] within 30 days of the relevant event's conclusion. 9bed's decision on bet settlement disputes, once communicated in writing, shall be final.

Specific rules for cricket betting (including BPL, IPL, and international T20 markets), slots, live casino games, keno, and American football betting are published within each respective product section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

9bed may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion, in addition to these general terms. In the event of any conflict between the general terms and the specific bonus terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement and eligible games or markets will be specified in the bonus terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Abuse: Any player found to be exploiting bonuses through irregular betting patterns, low-risk hedging strategies, or any other method intended to circumvent the purpose of the promotion may have their bonus revoked, their winnings withheld, and their account suspended.
• Promotional Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date after which unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically.

9bed reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of any material changes that affect the terms under which they initially participated.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9bed platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of a person who is under 21.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or in response to a verification request.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider-information betting.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, malfunction, or loophole in the platform's software or pricing engine.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward 9bed staff, agents, or other platform users.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit that has been used to place bets on the platform.

9bed reserves the right to take all necessary legal and technical action in response to prohibited conduct, including but not limited to initiating legal proceedings, reporting to relevant Bangladeshi authorities, and permanently blocking device or IP access to the platform.

All content on the 9bed platform — including but not limited to the 9bed brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, databases, game interfaces, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 9bed and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from 9bed.
• Using the 9bed brand name, logo, or any other intellectual property in any commercial context without a formal licence agreement.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any software forming part of the platform.
• Creating derivative works based on any platform content.

Unauthorised use of 9bed's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable Bangladeshi and international law. 9bed will actively enforce its intellectual property rights without prior warning where infringement is detected.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9bed shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the player's use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or expected winnings due to platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond 9bed's reasonable control.
• Financial losses resulting from a player's own betting decisions.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or banking institutions.
• Losses attributable to unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Interruption to service caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

9bed's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 9bed's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

9bed collects, stores, and processes player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy and is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key principles governing 9bed's handling of player data include:

• Personal data is collected for the purpose of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and improving platform services.
• All data is stored and transmitted using 256-bit SSL encryption. Payment credentials are never stored on 9bed's servers.
• 9bed does not sell or rent player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 9bed operates as an online entertainment and betting platform serving the Bangladesh market. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with all laws applicable in their jurisdiction of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through 9bed's internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. Players are encouraged to first seek resolution through 9bed's customer support team at [email protected] before initiating any formal proceedings.

9bed's internal complaints process involves a formal written complaint submitted by email, acknowledgment within 48 hours, and a final written decision within 10 working days. Players who are unsatisfied with 9bed's final decision retain all legal rights available to them under applicable law.
